The Challenge & Research

EduPro, a fast-growing creator-led education platform, approached SitesFix with a membership site that looked good on the surface - but the experience was failing users.

Members complained about confusing navigation, unclear pricing, broken login flows, inconsistent styling, and difficulty accessing locked content.
Internally, the team struggled with:

We ran a full UX audit across desktop and mobile, mapping where users dropped off during sign-in, content browsing, and upgrading.
