The Challenge & Research
Altech had great products and strong demand - but their website wasn’t reflecting it.
The store felt visually outdated, navigation was inconsistent, and product pages were cluttered with dense text, long descriptions, and confusing layouts. This was causing low add-to-cart rates and high bounce rates, especially on mobile.
We conducted a full UX audit to understand where users were dropping off. The findings were clear:
• The homepage lacked hierarchy and didn’t guide shoppers toward best-selling items.
• Product pages were text-heavy without clear value messaging.
• Mobile layouts felt cramped, making browsing difficult.
• Promo sections (Black Friday, new releases) were unorganized and visually disconnected.
These insights shaped our plan to redesign only the critical revenue-driving pages - not the entire brand.
The Redesign & Results
We rebuilt Altech’s core shopping experience with a focus on clarity, speed, and conversions:
Homepage Revamp
We restructured the hero, added clean product grids, and built a more intuitive promotional layout. Instead of generic banners, we highlighted best-sellers, deals, and categories with strong visual consistency.
High-Converting Product Pages
We redesigned the product pages to match user buying behavior:
• cleaner product-first layout

• benefit-driven bullet points
• stronger call-to-action hierarchy
• optimized mobile scrolling experience
CRO-Focused Landing Pages
Using the brand’s darker aesthetic, we created specific sales and Black Friday landing pages built for faster browsing and higher impulse purchase behavior.

After launch, Altech saw measurable improvements:
